Our class is so proud that we finished our first technology project. This Voki Project was completed in my Reading/Language block (not my homeroom class). Each student was given a key term that we have been learning about in language and spelling class and were responsible for giving a clear description of what that term meant. We logged onto the Voki website (www.voki.com) and created our very own avatars. Once our avatar was created we recorded ourselves reading our descriptions. I think they turned out great and I am so proud of how hard everyone worked. I am putting up just a few to see all of them click HERE to see all of them on my school webpage.

This week in Social Studies we are studying about the globe. We are learning the seven continents, 4 oceans, latitude, longitude, and much more. Here is a quick video clip of two of our students showing off what they have learned.
Here is a link to a game to practice at home!
